"Beautiful hotel with prime location and spectacular views, however resulting in too many guests occupying public spaces doing endless “photos shoots”. Found the restaurant service a bit disapointing and though the plates was beautifully arranged, the food served was cold and over priced. Luckily there are plenty of other restaurant options around town. Pool facilities was greatly appreciated. Front desk and lobby staff very kind and helpful, however most other staff have very limited English...

"Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."

"Impressive design of hotel, The heated pool was enjoyable. Staff is very attentive and nice. Just felt great when staying there. Only con are the roads to the city center. They are in very poor condition, but of course not something the hotel can be accountable for. "

" The hotel is well placed next to the Church and the railway station. We had a large family room in which you could create two separate spaces. We arrived on December 24th and had not made any plans, we were invited for Christmas dinner with the other residents and the staff and enjoyed a well prepared potluck. When my daughter and I got sick, the lady at the reception went to the pharmacy to find medication. I can only recommend this hotel, the staff is extremely kind."
