"Definitely not a relaxing place. Overcrowded, loud, there is either loud children, loud music or loud patrons everywhere. At first I had booked a room at the Coral. The standard of the room was so poor, so rundown, the room stank of chlorine (which is used everywhere) that I had to upgrade myself to the other towers. Check-in was not until 4pm. When asking the various concierges about information on tours, excursions and what to do during my stay they had very few options and were unable to...

"The pool and beach were amazing as was the room’s balcony. The robes in the room were soft and the bedding was comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect and well equipped. The spa staff was incredible. Nothing much in walking distance of the property yet. The gym was all new and had ample equipment. Staff was very responsive to our needs. "

"Vi startede ud på et værelse hvor der var meget trafikstøj. Efter at have været i dialog med receptionen blev vi rykket til et meget bedre værelse uden beregning! Hotellet virker lidt slidt, men der er pænt og rent og servicen er rigtig god! Beliggenheden, med privat strand lige på den anden side af vejen er supergod, men der er noget trafikstøj, ikke mindst fra lastbilerne!"

"I enjoyed my 3 week stay at A Taste of Paradise, while here on business. It was a quiet, clean and safe place to rest after a long day’s work. The family that owns it were very friendly and helpful with all my questions about the home and local area. Beautiful beaches are all around but suggest you have a rental car. "The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

Disappointed but an ok 2-3 star hotel
"This is an ok hotel, very expensive for what you get. But Bahamas is very expensive and so is the food. So all inclusive is a good option. The restaurants at the hotel are absolutely horrible. The worst food I have ever had. The buffet is ok, good salat bar, some good options some of the theme days. The grillbar at the pool is very good. Good fresh grilled burgers. The noise at the hotel is constant and horrible. Very loud music by the beach and pool 14 hours a day. And games in loud speaker that maybe 2 og 3 people attend but all of the hotel have to hear about. The gym is old and need new machines, but its ok. The staff is ok friendly. All in all disappointing but ok. "
