"Great hotel with perfect location for down town experiences of Osaka. Friendly and helpfull staff. "

"This guesthouse was very spacious and clean. It was great that it was walking distance to the shopping area. What I didn’t like was that I didn’t know that it was. Contactless check in, but I figured out quickly how to get the door key for the guesthouse,"

"Possibly the best service at any hotel I've ever stayed at! Can't praise the staff enough, an insane service level from start to finish. They checked us in 4 hours early free of charge, carried our luggage to the room, they had a free drinks bar in the lobby, gave us a complimentary drink upon arrival and when we just checked out a staff member, without us doing anything, asking for it or even having the chance to say no, helped us carry the luggage to the station and down to the platform we...

"Fantastisk beliggenhed, jeg blev upgradet, kunne tjekke tidligt ind, god seng."

"The place is nice and love that it was so closed by lots of things. The staffs were so wonderful and our stay was pleasant. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area"

"Clean room good area and helpful staff"

"Habitación amplia, limpia. Hotel bien ubicado. Muy buen desayuno y personal amable"

"One of the best hotels we stayed in during our 3 week vacation in Japan. The Location is great to reach main shopping street in Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi by foot! Metro station to reach all important destinations and Aeon 24hr supermarket right downstairs was awesome. The breakfast was superb!"

"Super beliggenhed, nær metro og gåafstand til dotonbori. Sødt personale, lidt lille værelse, men nok standard for Osaka."

"Hotellet ligger meget centralt i Osaka - godt hotel."

"The Hotel Balian provides a unique experience with its Thai themed hotel settings. There is a curry buffet available for those that enjoy curry dishes, drinks, beverages, snacks, and more amenities than you can imagine. I state drinks as this is an adult only hotel as you are able to make your own cocktails! There’s also a wonderful coffee bar for those that love coffee. The room we had was awesome as it had a mini karaoke setup, hot rock spa, and did mention amazing amenities. It’s located...

"Do not recommend to buy the breakfast. Was not tasty"
