"Staff were lovely, and informative.Rooms were spacious. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!"

"I had a room with two twin beds on the 16th floor of the hotel. From the room, The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and the view was spectacular. We had 2 sinks and plenty of counterspace. The toilet, sink areas and shower/bath were all separated, so it made it easy when both of us needed to get ready. The reception/check in counter were very professional, friendly and helpful with information. The only strangeness is that there are two elevators when you try to get to your room,...

"Super service, lækre store værelser og perfekt beliggenhed "

"Det bedste hotel jeg nogensinde har været på. Super lækkert. Super service. Super skyline view."

"Stort og lækkert værelse. Fitnessrummet er ikke så stort, men ok. Lækker morgenmad."

"Stayed for 26 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. Staff were very friendly and the free light breakfast was a welcomed treat (although very limited). Luggage space under the bed was very helpful for our long stay, meaning all 4 large suitcases were completely out of the way making a small room feel comfortable. Many thanks!"

"Possibly the best service at any hotel I've ever stayed at! Can't praise the staff enough, an insane service level from start to finish. They checked us in 4 hours early free of charge, carried our luggage to the room, they had a free drinks bar in the lobby, gave us a complimentary drink upon arrival and when we just checked out a staff member, without us doing anything, asking for it or even having the chance to say no, helped us carry the luggage to the station and down to the platform we...

"Had a wonderful stay! Location is very good."

"Amazing location and almost a spa retreat just few hundred meters from hundred of amazing ships … nearby restaurants and bars are amazing. Highly recommended"

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite, room big enough for 6 adults. Close to shopping and train stations. Lots of space for luggage and a lot better than the Mimaru we stayed atTokyo station East. Staff are friendly and luggage transport to and from Mimaru’s using their luggage service was great with no issues. Will be back to this Osaka location."

"Virkelig smukt og rent hotel med god plads og super beliggenhed!"

"The hotel was great. Would recommend make an appointment here again."

"Absolutely amazing experience!!!"

"Fantastisk sted hvis man skal besøge Osaka. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Super faciliteter for at komme sig efter en lang dag på benene. Intet at sætte fingeren på."

"Hotellet ligger meget centralt i Osaka - godt hotel."

"Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold. Vi manglede lidt en sengelampe, så man kan læse om aftenen uden hele værelset er meget lyst op. Og der mangler en krog til at hænge sine håndklæder på. Ellers et fint sted"

"The bed was too small. 120 cm bed is not a “double room”. Good location, friendly staff"
