"The host was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. However the noise from adjoining studio and house was not good. We could hear voices the whole time..dog howling and barking when we assume was left on its own. Plumbing..terribly loud and when in the shower at the same time as someone in the house or adjoining studio …lack of water and no hot water. "What an awesome location with the beach a block away and 10 min drive into Byron Bay. Our host gave us some great restaurants...Bang Bang and Moon Light but make sure you book it. The studio was perfect for us and it was very clean ...highly recommend "
