"Terrible communication from owner, didnt send check in instructions prior to arrival, vrbo team suggested to relocate one hour before check in because of this. Owner dissapear and we didnt know what was going on, at the ned the property was open and we were able to access but no communication at all, very poor for an expensive property"

"This place has the potential to be great but unfortunately is lacking. - We were not provided any keys to lock up, despite advertise lock box entry. No way to lock belongings inside if you want to go out to explore. -Toilet is not a flushing toilet! It is a compost toilet. -Be aware there is no phone signal (Optus or Telstra) and while there is “WiFi” this is not even good enough to check emails. "We had a lovely time at Raspberry Spring. It's a great base to explore the northern rivers and Byron Bay areas. You really feel like you are very secluded. A bonus was the hosts had some baby goats that we were able to cuddle and feed which was a nice surprise! Incredibly pet friendly too for our mini schnauzer. No fenced off area but easy to walk him around with a lead. Would totally stay again."
