"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They quickly arranged access to the spa so we could take a hot shower, and the front desk kindly helped dry our coats and shoes.

"Arrived a little late due to train stoppages from protests. Check in was nice and easy. Room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, so it’s a climb. But it’s good for you. "They were extremely helpful and nice! The place was close to everything. Had our breakfast ready even though we left early for an excursion. Place was cute and clean. "
"Meget venligt personale. God service og god morgenmad. Men vi havde booket værelse med bjergudsigt, og der var der ikke meget af. Træerne var vokset og der var bygget et hus, så det var svært at se bjergene. Derfor kun fire stjerner."
"The views were incredible. The space was quiet and the staff friendly. The hotel is near the square and only a 5 minute walk from the market/train/bus stations, but far enough away from the most active places to be calming. Be mindful of the hike up to the hotel! If you can pack extra light, do so. I was lucky to meet a couple of young men to help carry my suitcase up the flights of stairs and the hotel host carried it down for me when I left."
