"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."

"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We had a river view room which was spectacular. The rooms were great and I particularly loved the bathroom! We loved opening the windowing and hearing the roar of the river. "We got a very cold room. The window in the bathroom could not be closed and the bedroom was also cold. After a day we asked for another room, and we got one, the new room was not cold"

"This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms.
