"The host left all the Christmas decorations up so we could have a late extended family Christmas. The coffee and tea were pre-stocked, and there was food in the refrigerator, just in case we needed some starter items. The grandkids especially enjoyed the sweet treats left on the island. "The room was clean and comfortable. It was a Race Weekend, so the usual price gouging was in effect. The big disappointment was, after paying up for a place just to get a night's sleep and a shower, the Hotel allowed a Refrigerated Semi to park right in front of several rooms and run all night long. Got my hot shower in the morning but definitely NOT a good night's sleep."

"The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt."
