"The property was beautiful, with everything we needed. And the pool was amazing! We all enjoyed swimming and chilling in the hot tub. We were able to walk straight up Thorpe cloud and into Dove dale, and look forward to being able to visit again to explore further. Many thanks to hosts, Ray and Julie, who were friendly and helpful. "The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was small but very comfortable and it had everything that we needed. We especially loved having the espresso machine and the instant hot water. The views from all the windows were outstanding. The local home owners that we met were very helpful and provided some tips on things that they recommended to do."

"All check in details were emailed promptly by the owner and we found the property easily. We had a long weekend stay for a festival in the area and it made it very easy to travel to it each day. A great flat, nice lounge and comfy bed. Lovely self catering space "

"Lovely cottage situated around idyllic green fields, sheep etc. Comfortable, has all the essentials you could need, and close to lots of peak district walks and attractions such as matlock, bakewell etc. Our Family had a great time. Really nice and helpful owner. Overall great stay. Thank you!"

"We booked the cottage for a week's stay whike work was being done on our home. It was a real home from home too. Everything's there, including electric blankets to warm the beds. Although thd heating kept the cottage toasty, we turned most off except living room and bathroom. Loved the log burner too, a real focal point. Internet provided was good, a bonus as the phone signal there is poor, as is most of the local area due to hills etc. Would certainly recommend."

"Lovely stay. All the facilities were comfortable. Loved the outlook overlooking farmland just perfect for a relaxing time. Great selection of TV channels. A warm welcome with milk and biscuits provided which is a nice touch. Highly recommended."
