"The owner has spared no expense on renovations. The property has been expertly redone by an interior designer using very high end materials. The sound proofing between rooms is amazingly good. The neighbourhood is lovely and very quiet. The owner has strict rules in the house. While I can totally respect that, it felt as if we weren’t fully welcome.
