"I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The place is modern and in excellent condition, and most areas of the property were very comfortable with no complaints. Communication with the support team was smooth, they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. "Booked a cottage, turned up to an estate tiny house ,smelt awful ,owner was creepy ,awful advertising didnt stay at the property had to pay £200 extra to stay in a holiday inn we are awaiting a refund ,angry and annoyed ,felt unsafe for our children"
