Kitchen is amazingly stocked with a wide array of appliances and dishes. Would highly recommend for small families that want to be close to the beach but without all the noise and partying in the evening. "

"Centrally located in Wilmington with easy access to downtown and the beaches. Nice modest property with large yard. Also owner has bikes and boogie boards available for use. Great communication from the start and was able to accommodate changes in our travel times. "

"I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game...

"Great house! Perfect for our family of 4 & dog. With 5 spacious bedrooms the house easily could have accommodated another full family. Lots of space and every amenity you could possibly need. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the hot tub was very nice…The location is well in range of all the best restaurants (and of course door dash). We would 100% stay again. Thank you!"
