"This stay is a fantastic retreat for those seeking time on the water, exploring local vineyards, or just a peaceful stay free of the hustle of everyday life. We booked this stay for our wedding weekend and it did not disappoint! Beautiful property that sits high up on the hill. Lots of space for family to kick back, with a full kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, and an amazing wrap around porch to sip tea or coffee out on in the early morning.Highly recommend to any and all!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. "

"We were there for a half marathon in Montour Falls. We enjoyed hiking at Watkins Glen State Park as well as walking and eating in town. We both love nature and forest. The yurt was delightful and felt like cabins we stayed in as children. Thank You for a peaceful stay. "

"The cabin was exactly what we were hoping to find, very secluded yet close to everything we were planning to do. Very comfortable and with all the extra little touches that made it feel homey. We loved sitting and watching all of the wildlife around the bird feeder each morning while having breakfast. Phyllis was very accommodating and really goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect!"

"The grounds were surrounded by native beautiful flowers and a flock of sheep resided there as well with 2 beautiful dedicated watchdogs. Peaceful and tranquil location made it feel like a real getaway with only a short drive away to the Watkins glen sites. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the coffee on the porch every morning. Location was close to the trail for early morning walks with our dog and a short drive to town for restaurants and breweries. Check in and check out were easy. Will be staying again."

"This was such a beautiful, serene place. Location was excellent for Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Cornell waterfall trails and hiking. The upstairs loft was super cute but we slept on the futon downstairs, which was so comfortable with a thick memory foam topper. Also, I had never experienced bath towels like these.... so luxurious!We had company at our mightly campfires. Very friendly feline friends.This is cozy, country charm with a bit of artistic whimsy. Magical Thank you, David!"
