"Christine came over soon after we got in the house & made sure we had everything we needed. She was also a wealth of information about things to do locally including eating at Peppers pub!!!The house was great for us. Plenty of room good appliances & comfortable beds. Very quiet location & not far from Ennis & other cities of interest. This is a great stay for a couple of days."

"Absolutely stunning house, everything was perfect ! Closely located to the Woodland place hotel which has a fab restaurant . We will definitely be back. Angela was so easy to deal with and left us a very thoughtful breakfast , some fab bread and Orange juice and eggs, what a lovely touch . "

"My spouse and I stayed in Lodge #1 for 5 nights. We found our rental was just as described with things in good working order. We had a basket of fruits and snacks which was a nice touch but unfortunately, it attracted gnats and flies. We had plenty of blankets, towels and kitchen items - though we would suggest adding a fly swatter to the rental. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had a picnic table on the patio of our unit and we did see a grill in a common area but we did not...

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Shore View Cottage. The house was clean and spacious. Hosts Anne and John Joe couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming. But the views are the star. Really special. Harry the cat was a delight. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodations in the Ennis/Kilrush area. "

"As a large family with siblings travelling in from around the world to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday, we spent weeks trying to find a venue that would be suitable for a large family with kids ranging from 2 to 18. This venue was absolutely perfect for a weekend gathering of all ages . Maretta was so helpful in helping us coordinate a jumping castle, catering, a birthday cake. The space was perfect for a large group and Maretta and her husband couldn't have been more helpful. The bar area...

"The house was fabulous, the history amazing and the hosts couldn't have done more for us.We were three generations (12 of us) travelling to show the grandchildren the wonders of their grandfather's homeland and the Castle House at the Barracks was a perfect base for our stay in this part of Ireland. It was close enough to many of the things that we wanted to see, from Bunratty Castle, the Aran Islands, Craggaunowen, the Cliffs of Mohar and the seaside. Thanks so much Marion."
