"We choose this hotel because it has an outdoor pool - but unfortunatly it only opened on June 1st, which was our last day there (no mentioning of this in description of hotel).
The pool bar wasn't ready to serce either and still you were not allowed to bring own drinks and food to the pool area.
But if you are staying after June 1st and want a nice pool then this hotel would be very suitable.
However, be aware that the breakfast is horrible - worst we have ever seen (ended up not eating...

"The stay was most pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed. It is in a quiet area but near everything. The gentleman in the front desk is extremely professional.
The only thing I missed was access to a microwave and a self laundry room. They do your laundry for a fee and it is fast. "

"The hotel was super new and top class, but the best thing was the people and the customer service. After checking out I had a problem with my car which ws parked in the hotels excellent car park. The car wouldn't start and these incredible staff helped to find a new battery, they took me to the car parts shop, translated for me and helped me install it. Sometimes you can lose faith in people but this hotels technician (who I did not get his name, but was so helpful) and the amazing hotel manager...

I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems. "

"We stayed 4 nights in a suite for 2 people. The suite was very clean and modern looking. The bathroom was a nice size- shower had good water pressure also. We loved the airco and that we could set the temp and turn it on and off as we needed unlike a lot of other hotels. The "

"10 skønne dage på Casa Ferrari. Dette BB er lille med kun 3 værelser, super hyggeligt, perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til centrum og med nogle fantastiske værter. Da vi var afsted flere i familien havde vi lejet alle 3 værelser og det var meget perfekt, da vi så havde det hele for os selv, både dagligstuen og køkkenet. Vi havde mulighed for at vaske lidt tøj og der var køleskab, mikrobølgeovn, komfur og opvaskemaskine. Morgenmaden blev serveret af Ludmil, den søde vært, som var god til at...
