Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok. Hotel is really run-down and carpets are gross and stained. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Very quiet place. Affordable, breakfast included and so close to the airport. I arrived at 2:45 in the morning and the shuttle was there immediate.

The airport pickup was fast and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of food. Overall we thought it was a good value for the money. The big issue we had was when I kindly asked the front desk man on the phone around 11 pm how to get to the shuttle van, he said, “if you shut up, I will tell you”, which shocked me.

Water was dripping from the bathroom upstairs. The bathroom was wet and uncomfortable. The electrical iron was not working. I got another one and it was not working well either.

Hi, sleep inn, I really like how you guys were doing upgrades too many of the rooms while I was there. The noise was kept to a minimum which was fantastic, and as a customer, we certainly always appreciate upgraded rooms that have more of a modern look. Especially the fact that you remove the car and put down the, engineered wood floor. For the most part, my room is perfectly clean, however, the only thing I would ask that you consider improving on is the regular cleaning staff, or if you bring other people to do it whoever… please make sure that you are wiping down the light switches and electrical outlets. They were absolutely filthy and who knows how many years of dirt built up on them. Sometimes it’s not always the big things. It’s the small things that stand out. The other things that I would suggest is to please, clean the windowsills, they had black mould spots on them and could really use a little love. I could definitely say I was impressed that I had a brand new mattress, and it was perfectly clean underneath it when I lifted it (The first thing I do step into curtains and all soft fabrics for signs of bedbugs); Why I lifted the mattress. And I promise you I can say there were absolutely no bedbugs in my room, thank God!! I love the 24 hour coffee, Hot chocolate and tea That you guys offer and the breakfast selection was great.

During our stay at Sleep In, I accidentally left my wallet in our locked vehicle in the secured parking lot. Despite the early hour, the staff went out of their way to help me retrieve it. They were very helpful, although not very patient. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for their assistance during this stressful situation.

The hotel is very convenient to Buffalo International Airport. My room was clean, but the dining area floor was incredibly sticky. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Nos encanta saber que tuvo una muy buena estadia en el hotel.Actualmente estamos teniendo unas remodelaciones. El hotel es %100 smoking free, cobramos 250 si rompen las reglas. Para su proxima estadia haremos lo mejor para hacerle sentir super bien. Esperamos verlos muy pronto!

We booked this hotel a few times now and always park our vehicle here while we travel for long periods of time. Checked in and front desk staff could not take their eyes off their electronics then proceeded to tell us we had to pay for parking when we booked which was not like that last year. Spent 90.00 on parking for the airport as we were left no choice. My sister had a reservation and she was told that the compound parking was not open until May 1st. She called 2 weeks in advance to let them know we would be leaving our cars there while we were away. Room keys don’t work and constantly have to go down and get them reprogrammed and the staff try to tell us we are trying to get into a wrong room. I think we know what room number we are in it’s written on the card. Hallway and elevator stunk of marajuana. Definitely will not be staying here again as the service is horrible.

It was a fine place to stay. Breakfast included, close to many attractions. The rooms smelled a bit and aor conditioning units really need to be cleaned, they were filthy.

This was honestly my worst hotel experience ever. I was hopeful after reading so many positive reviews but was sorely disappointed. The room itself and also carpets throughout were filthy. It was so noisy we were not able to sleep. You could hear the phone at the front desk ringing throughout the night and one room nearby had their tv blaring until 4am. I will not be returning.

There were some loud people but obviously you can't control that. Sleep Inn motels are always our place of choice when traveling.

Room was clean and met my needs. I chose this hotel as they offer long term parking and airport shuttle service. However their vans are in terrible condition and they are not responsive for airport pickups. I will not stay there again for this reason.

Bathroom shower every bad condition. Hallways totally dirty, smells bad and carpet damaged. Breakfast options not to good.

The staff at the front desk was VERY helpful and friendly, as were other staff we met. The Hot Tub/Spa was very large and great to relax in. We did not notice any aircraft noise when we were there. The planes may have been using the other runway. Good spot for "stopover accommodation"
