"I had a great stay. The receptionist gave us the greatest intro not only to the hotel, but for all of Bacalar. What to know, where to go and other very valuable information. The only thing we could have wished for, was maybe a 20cm wiider bed. But it's a very small objection. And throughout the stay, the staff was more than accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We really enjoy the stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff really friendly. We only stayed one night, but wish we had planned for more days in Bacalar. If we come back we will use same hotel again. Only minus was that the air con in one of the rooms doesn’t worked. "
