The Space:

This spacious family home offers the best of both worlds. You’re set back on a quiet close, but still walking distance to Bude town centre. Come to unwind in this quintessential Cornish surfing town, making the most of time along the coastline with morning swims and beach strolls. Spend evenings back at home in your leafy garden, cooking the day’s catch on the barbecue and unwinding under the stars.



The contemporary interiors are sleek and modern, whilst maintaining a warmth that mirrors its coastal surroundings. Find soft blues, crisp whites, and wooden elements that all feel elegant and sophisticated. Rustle up delicious holiday meals in your spacious family kitchen, complete with a five-ring Range oven, ceramic butler sink and a coffee machine. Next door, a cosy dark-blue living room is the perfect spot to hunker down after long days. Get the gas-burner roaring and enjoy quiet evenings with a film on the Smart TV.



Elsewhere, four gorgeous bedrooms offer ample space to stretch out and relax. All are fully equipped with ample storage space, as well as soft furnishings and pretty artwork. The master has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a walk-in wardrobe so you really make yourselves at home. Meanwhile, the other rooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower plus a second bathroom downstairs with shower and WC. The Neighborhood:

Bude is a popular seaside town on the north coast of Cornwall; thanks to its pretty waterways, beautiful beaches and relaxed feel. With plenty of wide-open spaces, the town is a real hotspot for outdoor activities - surfing, cycling, walking, paddle-boarding. You can even rent a pedalo and gently drift off down the canal. There are a number of pretty lifeguarded beaches in the area, all of which are a short walk or drive from the home. Summerleaze, Breakwater, Crooklets and Widemouth Bay to name a few. Surfing can be enjoyed all year round along the coast. Summerleaze really comes into its own as it is home to the Bude Tidal Pool - a brilliant outdoor swimming pool which provides a sheltered place for all, year-round.



Avid walkers can set off on walks straight from the front door, heading into Bude or the surrounding countryside. You can also pick up the renowned South West Coastal Path from the coastline and follow it all the way to the Hartland Cornwall Heritage Coast. Getting Around:

Due to the remote nature of Cornwall, a car is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. Private parking is provided for 3 vehicles and there is a handy wall mounted EV charger outside for those with electric vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome on the condition they are kept off sofas & beds, any mess in the garden cleaned up after and not left in the property unattended. There is an additional fee of £20/dog with a maximum of two dogs. We may consider more depending on breeds so please get in touch!
