"The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people.
