The villa offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests within approximately 4,000 square feet of living space. Guests can enjoy spacious off-street parking for up to three cars, as well as a cozy fire pit area perfect for starlit nights. On the main level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six, a comfortable living room with a 32-inch screen and Smart TV with Rocku , and a detached bedroom with two twin beds, air conditioning, and a full external bathroom. A large covered terrace with a seating area overlooks a private open-air pool of 270 square feet, 4.5 feet deep, surrounded by loungers to relax under the sun.
