"Overall property was in need or better repair. Bed in guest room wobbled and unsecured. Tables in the Living Room wobbled. Kitchen was very small and not very functional. Appliances were subpar. TV in Main Bedroom did not work well and the remotes were falling apart. You would press a button on the remote and there was a lag time before the channel changed and sometimes the TV would just go back to the main screen on its own. Sink in Guest Bath was leaking. We had to put down a towel. ...

"Very clean and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Kids slept great with comfortable beds and darkening curtains. The area was peaceful and quiet. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The drive up was curvy and a little precarious, but that’s to be expected with mountain roads. Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in Gatlinburg. "

"This place was just like explained in the site. It was beautiful to see everthing from the balcony. It was was very clean and felt like home. The only drawback is, it is the second floor and you have neighbors upstairs. That was rough but we suffered through. Other than the upstairs show it was perfect. Perfect location perfect scenery. "The condo was great layout for our family located on 3rd floor. The drive is not for faint of heart about 2 miles of winding of mult steep hills, but it is beautiful, set in smoky mt. My husband just got tired of drive. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The drawbacks were we wish we had drawers to put our clothes into. there was closet in each bedroom, plenty hangers. the master shower/tub valve diverter was loose and never really got repaired- we weren't able to use this shower.
