Private ferieboliger i Brutus

"We had a great stay "

"Beautiful views!!"

"The condo was just as it was described. It was clean and had everything you needed. The view and the hot tub made the place even better. Communication was great with the host Carlo's. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice and clean. Hot tub was a little dirty and not very hot. Host was wonderful"

"Nice property two restaurant across the street."

"The address and check in information was provided within a day of booking. So much better than the typical day of check in communication. The premises had space to park a boat, which was a major factor in choosing this property. The lodge also had a shared laundry room which was made available to guests after 4 pm.The unit was very clean and Elizabeth communicated from booking all the way through check. It's the best communication I have experienced with a VRBO or similar property."

"Clean, convenient and spacious."

"Clean and comfortable room. We loved the location of our stay because convenient to restaurants and other businesses."

"Nice place, convenient, fairly quiet area, centrally located for boating near 2 lakes connected by river system.Host was very responsive with questions we had after we arrived. Easy access."

"Great weekend in Petoskey! This property is close to town and comfortable for a group. Loved the hot tub and deck! Loved our stay."

"very nice. good location and all the basics we needed. management easy to work with and very responsive "

"Nice home inside. However, the outside needs some TLC. Lots of geese poop, deck needs cleaning and the dining table was very old with an umbrella that had no stand. Also, the playscape was taken over with lots of weeds. A little landscaping could definitely be beneficial. However, we made the best of it and had an enjoyable time. Make sure you bring camping chairs and water shoes!"

"It wasn't the cleanest. The ice maker didn't work and other small appliances didn't work. It is in a great location."
