Overordnet god oplevelse
Dejligt hotel lidt uden for centrum. Super stemning i lounge og god mad og betjening. De kunne med succes skifte deres vinduer ud til gaden, med støjdæmpende ruder, da der godt kan fornemmes gang i gaden. Men overordnet god oplevelse.

Ganske udemærket hotel, men alt for mange it problemer, som bl.a. gjorde at indtjekning varede en time og at kort til værelset ikke virkede i elevatorerne. Fik nyt kort 12 (tolv) gange, men det hjalp ikke.

Godt hotel. Glimrende beliggenhed. Glimrende morgenmad. Dejligt stille på værelset. Har kun én anke: Airconditionanlægget (som støjer lidt, er overflødigt og spild af ressourcer) kan hverken slukkes eller reguleres, da det styres centralt.

Great room - great location
Nice newly renovated rooms with comfortable beds, good facilities and nicely decorated. The hotel is situated within walking distance to both shopping, restaurants/cafés and public transportation (Louise). The hotel area is cozy, with a bar/restaurant incorporated into the lobby, which is nice, if you like bars. The staff were polite and helpful, although very busy. The 'free' Wi-Fi is not good - painfully slow, and not fair to charge an extra 4€ an hour for an okay internet connection, and cleanliness of the room could also be better, especially around the beds. It was a good experience overall though.

God beliggenhed, meget trendy hotel
Hotellet var pænt indrettet og meget trendy. Det dufter MEGET af parfum når man træder ind i lobbyen. De har en lille basic fitnessrum men det er fint nok, jeg gik gode workouts. Deres morgenmad var også fint men desværre de havde ikke så mange valgmuligheder til veganer/vegetar. Beliggenhed var fantastisk og ku sagtens anbefale hotellet til andre. Det eneste negativ kommentar jeg har er at deres wifi var utrolig dårlig.

God billig løsning i midten af brussel
Fint og moderne hotel, ikke langt fra metroen. Det gjorde det nemt for os at komme til og fra hotellet og nemt at hvile et par timer midt på dagen hvis dette var nødvendigt.

The hotel was very dark… the staff were friendly but they do not do what they say they are going to do. The reception staff could be more helpful.

Property condition was good and staff was friendly but the room we got was not properly cleaned like there was dust on table etc ( not like a 4 star 🌟 property). We stayed there for 3 nights but no cleaning was done and upon request we were told that it’s because our stay is less than 4 nights?? I did not like this rule honestly in a 4 star property so had to ask for towels and bin bags separately at the end. Hotel location is great, staffs were friendly , breakfast was nice and they encourage go green too so overall experience was nice.

I know separate from hotel but the parking garage was really bad. Human poop in the elevator and bad urine smell. Sketchy homeless man near our car. Hotel was average. Fitness room was nice. Location was good. Check in guy we rude Checkout guy was very nice. Ac didn’t work first night but after reporting it they fixed it for night 2-3. Stay was May 2024.

This was an “okay” stay for us. They have a weird rule where you need to tell them the day before if you want the breakfast buffet otherwise it goes from 17 € to 28 € a person. There are no phones in the room so you have to go down to the front desk. Turning on my cell phone line wasn’t an option because we are using a data eSIM while travelling. It was also our honeymoon and the property didn’t offer anything or even mention it when we checked in (it was written on our booking information). The hotel lobby was very busy (it seems like this is popular spot for locals to have a drink and hangout). The hotel wasn’t the worst we’ve had but we expected a bit better. We also have been backpacking and wanted to do laundry here but they did not have any services available for washing clothes.

Friendly staff, good bar, organized. The room wasn’t very clean, there were stains on the carpet and on the table but overall was a nice experience.

This hotel had so much potential for it to be so good but there was just many faults with my stay when I checked in and went to my room the lights in my shower was not working and the staff failed to mentioned that till I had to go change my room. The corridors are really dark before you enter the room it’s a bit scary especially at night. The check in was in a bar which was quite strange but very unique. The only thing was good was the lounge and the drinks but the service was really poor. Overall it’s not a bad hotel it’s just the the service was a bit poor.

Super Unterkunft. Von dem Parkaus kommt man über ein Aufzug direkt zur Rezeption. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar ansonsten gibt es auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Very comfortable sociable bar and reception area. Beds really comfy and spacious penta plus room. Easy walk in to centre and close to Louise Metro station for easy access to ING Arena. Bar staff were slow to serve. No hangers in room for hanging clothes

I stayed the weekend at pentahotel for a concert that I attended in Brussels. I paid extra money for this hotel because online it appeared to be really chic and clean. Let me start by saying the three things that I enjoyed about the hotel was the gym, shower, and the bed. The gym was new and cute, the shower pressure was great, and the bed was very comfortable. I was very disappointed however because the whole floor smelled like weed. I don’t do that at home so I especially don’t want to be smelling that in a hotel. Second of all, there were stains on the carpet and one pillow for each person - a bit stingy. For me what really was the biggest concern was that somebody was knocking on my door at 4 in the morning. They kept on knocking and because the hallway is extremely dark 24/7, it is impossible to see who it is. I certainly wasn’t going to open the door. I was so scared - I tried to phone the front desk but there wasn’t even a phone in the room. How ridiculous is that! A huge safety concern too. Eventually, after about five minutes the person left but it felt like forever. When I told the man at the front desk , he told me I could call them on WhatsApp, which was never explained to me during check in. Later on, I used WhatsApp to ask for an email where I could send my complaint to and they still have not responded. I have to say I am a bit disappointed by pentahotel. I did spend a bit more to stay here and I feel very deceived. Safety of guests should be their number one
