"Checking in after hours is a bit complicated. Pool needs a better filtration system as the water has a bit of an oily film and lots of floating things in the water. Walls are thin in the hotel rooms and anyone conversing outside can be heard inside. Other than that, when we did interact with the staff they were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. We did enjoy our visit"

"I’m not sure why this isn’t rated as a 5-star resort. We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). Thankfully, we found an incredible one-bedroom oceanfront suite here with a full kitchen, a pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed in the living area, giving the kids plenty of space while letting us enjoy our own room. "Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. ...
