"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel. "

We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. A few fixed hangers in the bathroom would be good. The worst was the bed which groaned and moaned with every move, ( it wasn’t the occupants) Secure parking is...

"The hotel was very modern, hip and clean. I was amazed at the high level of service I received from the managers, Davide and his wife. The service was at the level of a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet and casual cafe/wine bar made it nice to stay in. I found the value was great for such a moderate prlce. I look forward to staying again. "

"The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. "We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
