You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. There is a slight walk for tram and metro stops but even with for a baby and two large suitcases it wasn't too bad.
