"Staff was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive. The hotel looks abandoned and like it is going to close at any moment. It is not maintained whatsoever, the inside and outside. Elevator broken, door to pool broken, door to outside lock was actually removed, outside not maintained at all, trash everywhere. Room was disgusting. "The hotel staff was completely unhelpful. I let them know after night 1 of 3 that my toilet was running non stop and that it was a simple fix ( my toilets at home have a similar problem that requires a new flush valve gasket every 3ish years) and they did nothing about it and told me that the hotel was full and changing rooms was not an option.
