"WiFi and television did not operate. One bath towel in bathroom hanging over shower curtain rod. Towel wet, possibly used by previous occupant. Called Vrbo, you contacted host, reported to me he would take care of everything in 10 mins. Five hours later no one came to take care of issues. I left 10:30 pm: pitch black outside, moved to Hampton Inn. Vrbo offered no assistance that accomplished anything in following days."
