"The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is small, but perfect for hanging out and relaxing and having no screen makes the water nice and warm!!"

"This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!"

"My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Bungalow S. It exceeded our expectations! Very clean. So cute. Had all the amenities you need. Bring a hairdryer if you need it. The common are was great. We loved grilling out so much that we skipped going to dinner. The management responds quickly. The propane was out and they came right over to fix it. Highly recommend!"

"This property was just what we needed for a place to stay after going to the UF game. Easy to find and located close enough to campus (not walking distamce though) for us. It was a quick turnarpund for us, but if we need to stay another time longer i would definitely want to stay here again."

"In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here. "
