This cabin lives up to its name with two sprawling back decks that overlook Sunrise Ridge and the Ouachita National Forest providing gorgeous, peaceful views of both sunrise and sunset over the pines. Perfect in all seasons, More Than a View has plenty of space for 2-5 families (sleeps up to 15) to gather inside or out to enjoy all that the cabin and Broken Bow have to offer!

Kitchen and Dining: Large table with seating for 6-8, barstool seating for 3 at kitchen island, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig K-cup and drip coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, mixing bowls, blender, pitcher, crock pot, baking sheets, knife set, measuring cups, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, drinkware, plastic plates, bowls, and cups.

Living (sleeps 2): Leather seating for 7 including a queen sleeper sofa, two love seats, gas fireplace, HDTV, floor-to-ceiling windows, windmill ceiling fan.

Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, tall dresser, HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, hair dryer, walk-in shower, private water closet, walk-in closet, private access to lower back deck with hot tub and outdoor fireplace, private access to front porch w/ 2 rocking chairs.

Downstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, tall dresser, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo (shared with main living space), private access to front porch w/ 2 rocking chairs.

Upstairs Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, tall dresser, HDTV, bench w/ storage, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom w/ walk-in shower.

Upstairs Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2): Queen bed, two nightstands, tall dresser, HDTV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity shared with game room, hair dryer, walk-in shower.

Upstairs Bedroom #5 (sleeps 5): Queen bed, 2 nightstands, walk-in closet, loft with 3 twin beds.

Game Room Loft: Shuffleboard table, arcade game table with pre-loaded games, HDTV.

Outdoor Lower Deck: Views of Sunrise Ridge, dining table with seating for 8, gas grill, outdoor furniture, gas fireplace, HDTV, gate to stairs, fire pit w/ chairs, hot tub, corn hole, two front porches with two rocking chairs each.

Outdoor Upper Deck: Access from upstairs game room loft, sunrise, and sunset views for miles over Sunrise Ridge and the Ouachita Mountains, dining seating for 4 with a chair and loveseat seating for 6-7.

General: Property is pet-friendly. Up to 2 dogs may stay with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Large, flat pull-thru driveway for easy in/out boat parking, HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces seasonally available (October-April). This cabin is conveniently located a short 1-2 mile drive from the nearest entrance to Beavers Bend State Park and about 1-1.5 miles from several restaurants. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 15, no exceptions.
