"Was a cute spot! Beds are a little small if you’re fitting two people in one, and mattress isn’t as fluffy but there’s two beds so you can spread out if needed. Neighbors are super friendly and it’s very close to downtown, communication was easy and quick! Definitely would recommend staying here if it’s for a quick weekend! Loved our time!"

"The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. "

"Loved the location. Close to trails especially West Fork plus a community trail out the back door. Close to Sedona for all the great dining and shopping but away from the traffic. All communication with property manager, maintenance manager, and groundskeeper was easy and answered quickly."

"Great location to all the places we wanted to visit (Williams, Sedona, Flagstaff) and easy to find. The house was clean, great water pressure, and the extra amenities were a nice touch. A few of the dishes were dirty but put away in drawers and cabinets so we just ran a full load in the dishwasher to make sure everything was clean. There wasn't enough hot water for 4 adults to shower at the same time of day (AM or PM) so we had to schedule showers but not a big deal. Also wish there were a few...
