9.0 ud af 10, Fantastisk, (1.001 anmeldelser)
"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Prestige in Salmon Arm! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the food was excellent, and the amenities were fantastic.
We had a beautiful lake-view room, which made our stay even more special. The entire experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for during our little getaway.
You can tell the staff take pride in making their guests feel...

"We went with 3 small kids and found that the dinner and breakfast options were not great. The breakfast restaurant was especially disappointingz they were under staffed and we had to leave because they were too slow seating us and taking orders."

"We only stayed one night here (on a hot day in july) and were dissapointed to find out, that the pool was closed. (one of the reassons we booked this hotel). Our room in the main building was quite big and the bed was great. The restaurant was recomendable and the staff here really nice and friendly."

"The place is old and dated.Closet doors dont open correctly, carpets are old and worn out, the countertop was cracked and the pressboard was falling off on the floor. TV is old and grainy, zero cell phone signal so you are forced to use their wifi and they openly tell you that they will be using certain information from your phone to ensure a better stay. Very expensive for a poor hotel. I wish I had stayed at the Marriott."

"Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay.
Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned.
Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging.
Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue.
Staff was okay - not really helpful."
