Lovely house

MadeComfy manage the property. Anything extra - early checkin etc comes at a cost even though you are paying top the accomodation. As you are in a residential area there are quiet hours at the property which is understandable. The dishwasher wasn’t working for our stay, there was scheduled lawn mowing at 8am on the weekend which we were only informed about the evening before it happened. The blinds in the main living area did not have a remote so we had no way to close them to keep the area cooler. There were no blinds in one of the bedrooms which made it light for family members sleeping in that room. Communication with the company was efficient.I think some of it was AI generated.The property was lovely and suited our family needs but I just felt I was dealing with - business where making overtook the personnel touch.

Beautiful house

Great stay good location beautiful home. Property was not ready at time of check in, cleaners still there until 4pm. Remnants of a party still on ceiling and found empty beer cans in pool - property manager resolved this promptly.
