Summary: Wake up to warm sunlight streaming through the expansive windows with a view of the tranquil river. Stand atop the riverbank and marvel at the sparkling waves and peaceful atmosphere. Room is outfitted with comfortable sofas to take in the beauty of the river and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. At night, the soundproof glass and desk lamp provide a calm and secure environment for a peaceful sleep.
The Space: Our apartments allow up to 2 guests and features: • Full-featured multifunctional smart TV • One Bedroom and One Bathroom • Full River View from Living Room • Fully functional kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, basic cutlery and cooking tools are all provided • Fully equipped laundry facility which contains a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board • 614 sq. ft
The following items will be provided to you free of charge to get you started: • Bath towels x2, hand towels x2 and bathmats x1 • Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand soap/Soap Toilet paper rolls facial tissues • Sachets of coffee, sachets of tea, sugar • Laundry detergent/powder, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge and tea towels
Accommodation Parking: • Additional paid parking is available and can be inquired about at the time of booking if requested • Clearance is 2.2 meters

Other Things to Note: SELF CHECK-IN: • In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver license or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your chefck-in. • Self check-in is available after 2 pm and is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will promptly provide you with the check-in address and details. If you require an early check-in, please note that an additional charge may apply. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for such accommodations. Please be aware that late notifications may limit our ability to accommodate your request for a different check-in time on the same day, and no refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT • Check-out time is before 10:00am. Simply return your keys to the designated area of our apartment before you leave. Without a swipe card, you will only have access to the main lobby on level 1, so if you park in the Wilson parking lot, you can reach the parking lot via any of the other elevators in the nearby apartment complex. Late check-out is not allowed. There will be a $50 penalty for every 15 minutes of delay starting at our latest check-out time of 10:00 am.
LOST KEYS/KEY USE ASSISTANCE • Lost keys will result in a $300 charge. Please always remember to take your keys with you when you leave the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask your landlord for assistance, outside of 9:00am – 8:00pm, a $20 will be charged. If the landlord is unable to reach you, please contact a locksmith to handle your emergency at your own expense.
NOISE NOTICE Please note that there is ongoing construction from the Brisbane Metro project near the building, which may result in some noise. This is part of a city infrastructure upgrade and affects the surrounding area.
NOTE • NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons. • NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. • NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. • NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine. • EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish so as to leave the place as you generally found it, or a $100 excess cleaning if needed. • NEED HELP?
