"The stay wasn’t as good as expected. The transfer didn’t pick us up at the airport. The room was noisy from the neighbours, there was a bad smell in the room, the toilet was leaking and the whole hotel could use a rebuild. Especially the shower was very poor! Pool area is fine, but pool is a bit dirty. The breakfast is ok, but a little expensive compared to other options around Puerto Escondidio - where many beach clubs are better quality at a lower price. When we were heading home and asked for a taxi at the reception, they told us to pick one up in the street.. not the kind of service I expect"

"Hotellet er flot og falder godt ind med omgivelserne :-) Personalet ved frontdesk var søde og venlige, men det øvrige personale virkede til at være drevet af en flok venner, som også havde venner på besøg på hotellet, og lidt en doven tilgang til service om morgenen. Derudover skal det også bemærkes, at ved køb af overnatning indgår morgenmad, men reelt set koster næsten hver ret ekstra. "
