"Lack of communication. Started out with great communication and then had to cancel last minute because of High School tournament cancel tournament. Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. Its understandable that i wouldn't get a refback but dont say youll give someone a refund back and then ignore them."

"The home was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The owner even let us check in early because they had the room ready early. Very gracious hosts and just a fantastic weekend all around. I highly recommend staying here."

"I arrived and there is no one here to check me in. A note on the glass said they'd be back at 11 due to an emergency. I've been here hours after that. A person answered the phone number after repeated calls and said someone would be on their way. That was a half hour ago and I'm finally having to leave to go find somewhere to sleep. Worst experience "
