Regrettably the actions of a selfish guest smoking caused the alarm to sound - these things always happen at night and we understand how impactual they are, for all concerned. This is a poor review and at such a joyous time of year. Whilst we are sorry your rest was disturbed, for a three night stay we are unsure why you did not ask reception to move you up the hotel. That aside we make it crystal clear that Legends is a busy and vibrant venue with a large bar and basement club so we make no apology for this as it is about each guest choosing a hotel which will meet their needsSo we are not going to agree with your assessment but nonetheless would hasten to offer you best wishes for Christmas
