Special instructions weren't passed onto property, so sofabed wasn't made up on arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to make it up, during which time I couldn't shower/change (as waiting) so delayed my evening significantly.
McDonald's wrapper found on the floor, so room not adequately cleaned.
Every other guest seemed to have robe and slippers for spa, nothing in our room. Assume another failure of cleaning staff.
Reception staff (Antonio?) indifferent, blamed Expedia.
Breakfast excellent, to their credit.
Sadly not the worst hotel I've stayed in in Brighton, but still wouldn't come back here.
