"A really relaxing and enjoyable stay. The communication from host was very good and made me feel totally welcome - Suzie is such kind and thoughtful host. The room was perfect for what I needed, calming and spotless with a touch of luxury. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, easily one of the best breakfasts I've had in Brighton let alone at a bnb. The building is also a gorgeous space throughout, and felt really safe. Lots of places to park if you are travelling by car. Cannot wait to...

"A fantastic little hotel with a lovely interior and hosts who make sure that you feel absolutely welcome. Placed just next to streets with flea markets and very close to the beach. Highly recommendable. "

"It's a hotel but I would rather call it Bed & Breakfast. The staff is very friendly and it feels more like you staying at a friends guest room. The Breakfast is really good. Because it's a little privately owned hotel (bed & breakfast) there is no 24 hourly reception. When I wanted to check in I couldn't come in and check in because the reception was out of "office" and on errand but was quickly back when I called the phone. They know their city and can give you good advices :)"

"Fantastic location & price, however no air con so studio was either very warm, or had to have the ceiling fan on with noise/pushing round warm air. Had an email from hotel to say they have discounted parking at nearby NCP, but was told no longer available "

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...
