"Garden Island is a beautiful spot for a family getaway. The island is secluded yet easily accessible, and the availability of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboard makes it even easier to enjoy the area. The staff and other guests were all friendly and helpful, it feels like a community, and even the dogs were all well behaved. Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...

Getting to and from the island is pretty smooth - ferry drivers were usually ready in a couple minutes time. Couple things to note - the check-in information we received was a little sparse relative to other stays via VRBO. If you're used to getting an access code, you won't for this property.
