The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been...

"Very nice property. Felt like home away from home. Peaceful area. We enjoyed the lake nearby and other amenities such as the local beach, restaurants and shops. House inside was very clean. There were some cobwebs on the balcony next to the kitchen but other than that, house inside was very clean. "

The location is great as it is easy to get downtown and to the south end of town near the outlets and also easy to get to the hiking trails, Storyland, and Santa's Village. It is a great place for family. The accommodations are extremely comfortable. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Joe was great to communicate with and the whole rental process was easy."

"Great place to stay in North Conway, very centrally located. While staying here we skied at Jackson Nordic. The host Ann-Marie was very super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!"
