"Hallway temp was WAY too hot as was temp in condo with no way to adjust thermostat.Directions to parking lot unclear and could not find back up lock box. Fortunately someone from VaCasa was able to assist with access. Was at property for a Hill Climb event outside of ski season so cannot rate how good the skiing was but unable to continue survey without choosing a star, hence one star."

"Bed wasn’t the comfiest and the large heater was very loud. But it was good being so close to the slopes."

"Great stay at Okemo. Super convenient to get to the lifts and unit was well maintained. Couldn’t find pillow cases for the pull out couch but otherwise everything was well appointed. Check in/check out was super easy. Thank you!"

"Plush queen bed? Hotel beds are better. The beds are like laying on boards and the sheets are low quality. After a day of active activities, a comfortable resting space is expected and should be understood by those proving living space. Cleanliness. The condo itself was acceptable. The property was not.
