Welcome to our spacious and well-appointed 2-bed, 2-bath condo with a private patio overlooking the golf course at Ocean Edge Resort. Access to resort amenities (additional fees apply) and restaurants. We acquired this condo in 2023 and are excited to host you! Perfect for families with kids or a group of friends! You will be a short walk from Ellis Landing Beach and CC Rail Trail and a short car ride away from 10 Brewster bay beaches. Route 6A offers shops, restaurants, art galleries and more!

You’ll enjoy a spacious 1,000 square feet, first-floor condo with a private entrance and key code system. Heated/cooled by 3 mini-split wall units (installed 2024) - one in the living area, one in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom.. High-speed Wi-Fi internet access to stay connected.

Open living room and dining area for relaxation and socializing.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee and tea station (Keurig coffee maker included). Washer and dryer available for your convenience. Table and chairs offer a nice workspace to sit and catch up on emails. Featuring new granite counters and Moroccan tile backsplash (installed 2023).

Master bedroom with a cozy full-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Private slider doors open up to the patio. Walk-in closet.

Second bedroom featuring two bunk beds (four twin beds in total). Walk-in closet.

Both bathrooms feature bath tubs with showers.

Large screen TV in the living room with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu) and DVD player. Mounted TVs with Roku in each bedroom.

Private patio overlooking the golf course. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and Weber kettle charcoal grill provided in outdoor closet.

Professionally cleaned by a premium housekeeping service. Freshly laundered bed linens and towels provided (beach towels not included).

As my guest, you may use Ocean Edge Resort's amenities by purchasing a pass directly from Ocean Edge.

Access includes Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages, shuttle access and rentals (see list).

- Stand up paddle boards
- Bikes
- Tennis/Pickle Ball court time

Fees:
- Per day: $27 per adult/ $14 per child
- Per week: $80 per adult / $40 per child

Child fees reflect children ages 6 – 15, adults are 16 and over. There is no charge for children under the age of 5; however, they need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
