"Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO."

"Very clean. Clear directions and communication from the host."

"This cabin is in an excellent location, very secluded and private but still close to awesome sights and hiking trails. We were here for fall foliage and it was nice to come ‘home’ & build a fire in the fireplace on chilly nights. The cabin is very cozy & comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This property does not have a washer/dryer but there is a great laundromat close by in North Conway if needed. We would definitely come back!"

"Property was clean and nice. Washer and dryer worked well. Well equipped with things like keurig pods, foil, and laundry soap. Note there are 13 stairs to get to the unit. Drive also steep. Area had an industrial feeling to the neighborhood. Close to Appalachian trail hiking. They had puzzles to enjoy."

The only reason we didn’t rate this 5 stars was the air conditioner had the most annoying high pitch sound coming from it, and the thermostat didn’t work, it only let us put the temp up and down, so we were unable to shut it off! Views were amazing, especially from our room. There’s a little river out back of the lodge that’s super peaceful. There are 3 restaurants and shops feet...

"This property was in a great location, so near everything! Room was clean, and host was super communicative. We lost power for a few seconds the first night which caused the ac to stop working. As soon as we reached out, Rick responded and sent maintenance to fix it. This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway."

"Very clean, daytime traffic was a bit noisy. I would stay again."

"This apartment was perfect for our three-day stay. The location is perfect for walking into town and centrally located in the region. Our host was super responsive and gave us wonderful suggestions and advice on local restaurants, breweries and outdoor activities we wanted (Sugarloaf hike was amazing!) The apartment was just as advertised, was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The bedroom is spacious and bed very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and...
