Kommer snart! En af de hyggelige ejendomme i Bretton Woods, inspireret af en yurt og forbavsende unik, med en vindeltrappe hugget omkring et dødt træ med sine rødder i centrum. Huset har 3 soveværelser plus en hems, 2 badeværelser, et moderne køkken med rustfri hvidevarer og træ bordplader og en hyggelig brændeovn og ligger på Moose Lodge og Cabins 32-acre, sammen med Moose Lodge og bjørnekabinen. Store grupper kan leje alle 3 for en helt unik oplevelse! Omgivet af White Mountain National Forest og Ammonoosuc River, er ejendommen en himmel for fuglekikker og dyrelivsmænd, med hyppige bjørn og älg observationer. Det er et certificeret dyrelivshabitat, og vi arbejder sammen med lokale eksperter og forbundsregeringen for at sikre bevarelsen af den unikke biologiske mangfoldighed på dette stykke jord, der omfatter smukke vådområder, bæver damme, vernal pools, forskellige vandløb, balsamgran og rødgran skove, ahorn lunde og selvfølgelig floden front med sine flere strande til nydelse af vores gæster. Great place

Place was exactly as shown online, however the neighbors are close and the ice rink was shared. Other than that the place is very clean and nice and in a beautiful location.

Great Vacation Stay

The house is beautiful with access to the river and the grounds are landscaped. The hosts were very friendly and really put out the effort to welcome you. Definitely would recommend this property for your White Mountains stay.

Wonderful

My wife and I had a wonderful week in this unique but special cabin! The layout was perfect for relaxing and cooking. We have been going to the White Mountains to hike for decades and this was a fantastic experience for our 6 days of hiking in the Whites!

Wonderful week again!

My wife and I stayed in the Owl Roost cabin for a week with a dog (Heidi) and we had a wonderful time hiking in the Whites during the afternoon, cooking meals in the cabin all week in kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, reading books and watching movies at night. This is our second year in a row staying in this cabin and hope to be back again next summer!

Unique cabin in the woods

This is a beautiful yurt cabin recently build with a lot of craftsmanship and attention to detail. It was clean and the management company is good at communicating. I appreciate that we were able to bring our dog. The only thing we wish it had is a washer/dryer. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous River vacation in a Yurt

The 2ish miles of groomed walking trails were fantastic. So close to the river, beach access. Fishing. My golden retriever had the best vacation. We did too. The Yurt home was spotless and very comfortable. The hot tub was a plus! Great hiking and restaurants near by.

This is truly a beautiful home our family loves coming here and taking full advantage of all the property has to offer. The house is very clean and comes well equipped. The skating rink and hot tub additions were really the cherry on top. Despite other houses close by you feel very secluded. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience and wonderful majestic little home! The owners were excellent as was the staff leading up to our arrival and through our entire stay…. Everyone was very professional, warm and courteous:-) The only problem we had the entire time was the fact we had to leave and cannot wait to come back soon!!!! Thank you so much for a top-notch vacation experience!!!!!

Great little spot near the mountain

Had a wonderful time staying in the yurt! We go to BW as a family each year. This spot was as close as I could’ve hoped for, which was very handy when I left my boots behind getting the kids out the door our first day. The hot tub was a hit - relaxing the ole bones after a day on the mountain, with flurries coming down around us - fantastic. Kids loved the foosball, and with two sets of married adults, we appreciated the two full bathrooms. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin Summer Trip

I rented this log cabin for a getaway with my adult family in July. The Cabin was perfect as pictured. The log cabin was beautifully designed inside. It was clean . The hot tub was a hit for relaxing before bed. The location was great to explore some local waterfalls including the SILVER CASCADE & have a day trip to N CONWAY for dinner & OUTLET shopping. :)

Totally enjoyed our stay at Moose Lodge and Cabins. We stayed in 1800OR. This is in Moose Lodge and Cabins area. When we arrived Alex was turning on the hot tub so it would be ready if we chose to use it. Both he and Aaron were extremely generous in their time and hospitality in making sure all of our needs were met and, as this was our first trip into this area, advising us on places to visit and dining options. The unit is beautiful and fully equipped. Only issue was getting heavy suitcases up the spiral staircase but we made it happen. Highly recommend the area, these people and this property.

Fantastic stay, beautiful grounds

My whole family loved staying in the log cabin "yurt." The house is beautifully appointed (especially the kitchen) with anything we needed. The location is great for all the summer activities in the area, including our favorite, exploring around Franconia Notch. The acreage that the cabins are on is just beautiful and that was a huge boon for me; we brought along our puppy, and the walks in the woods and meadows and along the river were like puppy heaven, just steps from the door. Our stay was quiet and very comfortable (this was the first time I chose a place in the White Mountains with A/C, and man, I am hooked).The only thing I wished the house had was a washer and dryer, but I'm not sure where they could even go, and we knew to pack accordingly.

Beautiful house in a great location...hot tub, skating rink, and nature trails all wonderful!! However, for the price to rent this house, I'd expect more high-end, comfortable beds and bedding. Also, a few rugs, new pillows and coffee table in living room would elevate this house to what I'd expect for the cost. Toaster oven was broken. Firewood should be provided at no cost. Attention to detail is expected at this price!!

Great cozy cabin

Loved the cabin! It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. I loved the wood stove! It warmed the house and it alone was sufficient to warm the entire house. It was just my husband and I so there was plenty of space but it is definitely made to fit a medium to large family as well. We didn't venture far except to the grocery store. If you plan to visit the grocery store and will be passing some on the way to the cabin I would stop before getting there as the closest actual grocery store is about 25 mins (coop grocery store, Shaws or Walmart). It's very quite so if you are looking to disconnect this is the place for you.

Not the secluded cabin we thought we would be staying at

The picnic table seat broke, it was rotten, the dumpster across the road smelled bad the entire stay and the well line broke Friday night which was a big hassle, had to move to another unit down the road at 11pm which wasn't fun and the hot tub had a bunch of sand in the bottom, the owners cabin across the road was really close, we thought this was more a cabin more secluded, and there are too many rules with fees, we should get some credit fees back for some of what we had to deal with, but we liked the cabin

Perfect getaway spot

We decided to get away last minute for the long Easter weekend and found this gem in the woods. The "yurt" inspired log home was perfect size for us with all the amenities we could ask for. Even during spring, we thoroughly enjoyed the walking trails, access to the river, the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. We cozied up to the wood burning stove inside! We only left the property once to explore Bretton Woods, otherwise, we didn't want to leave when our time came. I usually worry about bed and bathroom quality when renting homes but we all rested nicely and the bathrooms were great. Bretton Woods vacations was incredibly easy to work with and checked in daily to see if we needed anything and we did not! I can see how this place would be lovely in all four seasons. My only recommendation is to bring camp chairs. We happened to have them in our car and it was great to bring down to the river to have a picnic and stay a little longer. This nook in the woods has four properties and the kids have already asked to rent the next size up house. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house and locstion

This was our last vacation for our family before our oldest graduates and heads to college. We wanted a beautiful location with a nice house for family time and that is exactly what we got. The house is beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. The hot tub was a a nice bonus in a very unique house. We ran into two minor issues, the grill grates were completely rusted over no matter how hard I cleaned them and the few towels we found were tiny and not great. Literally, thats the only negative. Anyone not familiar with this area should note that groceries and most anything else is 25 minutes away and activities up there are all outdoor related, hiking fishing etc. We used some of the little paths around the property which were easy very short walks but didn’t venture beyond that for this trip as it was the in between season.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful part of NH. We loved the cozy style of the house, the fire pit, and the hot tub option (though we didn't use it). It's centrally located to some beautiful sites. The kitchen items were all very clean, which we appreciated, as we cooked every meal at the house. Unfortunately, when we got ready for bed the first night, we discovered that the bed covers were quite unclean with multiple unpleasant stains (use your imagination) on three of the four covers we checked. These weren't old stains--it was clear the covers hadn't been washed. We messaged the property managers, and housekeeping brought clean bedding the next morning, but that did put a damper on an otherwise very nice stay. We were also pretty allergic in the beds. Once we got the bedding sorted, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The house also has a little ring toss game and mini foosball table, which was fun. One other note--the listing sort of makes it seem like the creek/river and beach are right by the house, but they aren't. It's on the property, but the property is quite large and includes multiple houses, trails, woods, etc. To get to the waterfront from the house, you have to walk about ten minutes through trails. It's pretty, but don't expect to see water from the house or go right out the back door to the river. Before posting this review, I reached out twice to the property managers, and did not receive any follow up.

Beautiful little getaway

The Owls Roost was a breath of fresh air and a tiny oasis in the mountains! The stay was quiet and tranquil! I loved the tiny trail behind our house I was able to take my dog on a beautiful walk a few times on the dry day!! We got some lovely pictures the view from the house Nextdoor was amazing!! I’m so thankful for the hot tub as we were unaware we were visiting during mud season and that most of the trails would not be dry enough for our little group to walk! We spent much of our visit relaxing in the hot tub, visiting the quant North Conway Village shops, playing games and cooking as a family! We have some light sleepers so the three rooms were helpful for getting quiet rest. The main reason we choose this spot is that we had a service animal as well as a puppy along for the trip. We were able to bring the dogs!!! It was very nice to meet the owners when we arrived as they happened to be in the front of their yard with their dog when we arrived. They were welcoming and made sure that we knew we could ask for help! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!!!
