It extends over the 1st and 2nd floor of the house and offers your visitors plenty of space and comfortable facilities with its own entrance and can accommodate 6 people. Due to its impressive size of 140m², with plenty of opportunity for privacy and several free parking spaces (also for vans), it is particularly suitable for fitters. The apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with shower), one of which has an additional bathtub. Facilities include WLAN, a workstation for home office, satellite TV (in every room), fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher. This apartment has a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue. Guests also have access to shared outdoor areas such as a garden and an open terrace. The accommodation has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
