Nestled at the base of Peak 9, it offers a ski-in, ski-out experience that's second to none - allowing you to effortlessly step outside the back door of the complex and onto the Quicksilver chairlift, whisking you away to the powder-covered slopes in an instant.

But that's not all – Trails End 307's prime location means you're just a stone's throw away from charming downtown Breckenridge, a place where history meets modernity, offering a delightful array of restaurants, boutiques and entertainment options. And no need to worry about parking hassles or icy windshields, as this condo boasts its own reserved underground parking spot, conveniently heated for your comfort.

Step inside and discover a haven of relaxation, having underwent a complete transformation in the fall of 2016. From the furniture to the kitchen appliances, bedding and more... every detail was carefully chosen to provide you with the utmost comfort. The bathroom received a stylish makeover in 2020, while new flooring was installed in 2021, ensuring a fresh and modern atmosphere. In the bedroom, a new Queen mattress with box springs and a luxurious 3" Tempur-Pedic memory foam topper await you. The sleeper sofa also features a brand new memory foam mattress for added comfort. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close April 13th and reopen May 23rd.


As if that weren't enough, guests at Trails End Condominiums can also enjoy seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex, conveniently located across the street. Here, you can take a dip in the indoor and outdoor heated pool, relax in the hot tubs and soak up the sun on the tanning deck. My husband and I were in Breckenridge for the day. We stayed here for one night. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and decorated nicely. Location was perfect! It was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Check in/out process was easy. Management was great in communicating with us prior to our arrival. They texted us instructions to enter the unit as well as parking. There is no front desk or line to check in. Easy peasy! If we ever come back, we would stay here again Thank You!

We could tell the property was newly-updated. Beautiful place, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Our only complaint was the fireplace was not working, but we managed. Thanks for the great trip!
