"Clean, Cozy and Comfortable, perfect accommodations for a couples get away. Wished the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the covered porch more and the outdoor spaces but we did enjoy our coffee sitting out on the porch listening to the birds and bundled up real good to take a stroll around the resort. It has to be one of the nicest RV resort I have ever seen before. Plenty of bath houses and laundry facilities. The Hummingbird Treehouse was the perfect spot for a couple...

"The chickadee treehouse was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we would have booked a longer trip. The treehouse is exactly how it is advertised. Such a cute and wonderful experience. It’s about 15 minutes from Waco and about 1hr & 30 minutes from Fort Worth stockyards. The treehouse is clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. "

From the very first day, he reached out with helpful information and continued to stay in touch. He even texted us the evening after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. "The aircondition smelt molded and the whole room stank from that. No possible to open window. Water was dripping inside room. there was so much noise from aircon system even though mine were turned off. Blackout curtain didn’t go all the way down to window. Had a cockroach in my room which I mentioned to them, laying dead on the floor. Room service did not remove that. But folded the toilet paper into flowers"
