"The rooms were spacious and impeccable. The games room in the basement was an immediate success for both my 7 and 2yo kids. A dream! Communication with our host was excellent. We all regretted not being able to stay for longer. We need to go back!"

"The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice ."

"Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. "We love this property for a family/friends vacation. It allows everyone to have their own bed/bath. The backyard has a fenced in area for our dog and multiple firepits (which we did not use this year due to the drought in the area). The property has seen recent upgrades/renovations which only enhanced our stay. Alex is very responsive to any questions of issues that might arise. We will definitely be back!"

"We spent two weeks in the cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. The back yard and large deck made relaxing outdoors private.
