"This is a newly refinished property. It worked perfectly for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy to find and right on the Notley River, walk out the back door for a quick swim or fishing, tube the river from upstream and get out right at your back door. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable for a great nights sleep. Would have been nice to have drawers in the bedrooms but for a one night stay, the closet was all we needed. Only one TV so the kids had...

"This is an older property with lots of wear and tear. This best way to describe it is rustic. The appliances are updated but the flooring has lots of stains and is uneven in some areas. The mattresses were also not comfortable.Getting access to the property was the biggest challenge. After two text messages and an unanswered voice mail to the host, I finally contacted VRBO customer service and was able to gain access."
