The Space:

This spotless property is perfect for those looking to escape to the best of serenity and comfort. Lake Front Sanctuary is what everyone is looking for, but rarely comes available, so don’t miss out! Wake up every day and enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. This fully updated home sleeps 8 and features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with an additional sleeper sofa in the main living space. The open-concept layout allows for an organic flow of conversation among guests and an ideal design for entertaining bigger parties. But the real star of the show is the view of the lake from the back deck. The dining set outside is the perfect place to start and end each day.



Guests get direct access to Table Rock Lake from the porch! It is a gentle walk to the water's edge! Enjoy the rocky beach for sunbathing or fishing. The property is right around the corner from Indian Point Marina and just minutes to Silver Dollar City.



Back inside, a full kitchen comes equipped with everything you may need to whip up meals from home. Granite countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, are attractive upgrades. There's a blender, toaster, and coffee maker all available for your convenience. There is plenty of dining ware and glassware to enjoy plenty of meals in the comfort of your own home. This property is perfect for young families and comes equipped with a highchair and a pack n play for the little ones!



Bedrooms #1 and #2 are outfitted with a Queen bed and a TV. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 features beautiful views of the lake and is decked out with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a massive walk-in shower.



Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay and the bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels.



While hanging inside, guests can enjoy a DVD player, various board games, and cable TV. Guests are also welcomed to enjoy the fire pit & communal pool. The property has a backyard perfect for walking your furry friends.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs of 15 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet..

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer and ironing board is available for guest use.

- There is parking available for 2 vehicles.

Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Everything was lovely! A bit too far off the beaten path for our liking but if youre a Lake person its perfect! The bath tub drain was clogged but a plumber came out promptly to fix it! Its a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could possibly want! It would be nice to have black out curtains in MB. Lots of Light in there and with little ones, it makes for early morning wake ups!

Overall this was a clean and very roomy, nice place to stay. The kitchen was very nice and big and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The manager of the property were very responsive through texting to questions we had. Issues we had were minor but the fact that this very nice and roomy master bedroom and master bath, did not allow use of the master closet. Having some hang-up clothing with no place to hang them we ended up using the entry closet by the front door....NOT convenient at all. I understand an owner need a place to lock up and keep stuff. But how easy would it be to put an armoire with a hanging bar or simply a hanging bar in the huge bathroom?? The only other thing we talked to management about we the drains had a very bad smell emitting from them. This happens with all drains from time to time but needs to be treated each tome between visitors. All in all, I would still recommend this property due to its great location but the lake and short drives to everywhere as well as it roominess and nice appearance.

We had such a nice stay! This condo is very spacious and well-stocked with kitchen ware, towels, washcloths, paper goods and more! It was in a peaceful neighborhood directly on the lake. We enjoyed seeing the deer, chipmunks, birds, and other wildlife. We have stayed at this condo complex before, just not in this unit. We enjoyed it so much last time, I didn't even look anywhere else to stay! Thank you for contributing to such a fun, relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Quiet Lakefront Refuge

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st floor condo with a fully stocked kitchen of all the dinnerware, utensils, and appliances needed. Nice large kitchen with plenty of room for meal prep, nice dinning area and living area. Large master suite with direct access to back deck. Steps off of deck and a short walk down to the lake.... awesome!

SDC Christmas Adventure

The location was great to be close to Silver Dollar City. The unit wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:00 p.m. It was ready a few minutes late. The kitchen was fully stocked! That was a very nice addition to our stay. We bring everything with us because most of the places we rent are not fully stocked. It was a nice touch to have liquid soap at every sink. I always bring enough for every sink & didn't have to get ours out. The people who were in the unit above us were so loud ALL NIGHT long!! It was after 3:00 a.m. when they finally stopped making noise. We had an infant and a dog that couldn't settle down because of the noise. This was terrible!We would not choose to stay again based on the terrible experience with the tenants on the floor above.

Great place near Branson

Beautiful views of table rock and close to so many things to do. They thought of everything you need and then some. We played video games they supplied and enjoyed walks down by the water. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back.

The condo was perfect! The view of the lake from the deck was a beautiful setting for our morning coffee. The condo had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax after a day at the park. Thanks!

Great Stocked Condo!

This condo was the most well stocked place we have ever stayed! The kitchen had everything you would need. They also have water toys and beach towels. Another thing we appreciated was the Welcome Book. It has instructions for the T.V.'s and WiFi as well as restaurants near by, etc. and of course check-out instructions. The furniture was comfortable except for the beds...they were very hard. The only negative would be, the noise from the above unit. These condo's were not built for sound proof. Other then that, we had a great stay!

Awesome…

The property was everything advertised and more. Plenty of room for our family if 4 to spread out. Outside deck and yard and short walk down to the lake was super nice! Enjoyed the quiet mornings on the deck watching the deer and birds. Close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Great stay on Indian Point

We enjoyed our stay at Lakefront Sanctuary! The owners have provided just about anything you will need for your stay - from a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of board games to floaties and towels for the lake. There is even deer corn so you can pour a little out for the deer that come through. The unit is as pictured; it is a roomy three bedroom. The second bathroom is a bit small and sits just next to one of the 2 queen bedrooms. The other queen bedroom is by the kitchen, so it’s a little bit of a walk - it wasn’t a problem for us, as our older adult took the bedroom right by the bathroom. The master bath has a huge walk in shower, but there is no bathtub. The roominess of the shower is nice! The master closet is off-limits, so there is no accessible closet for this bedroom. There is a hall closet with hangers if needed. The unit is comfy and well-furnished, and the access to the lake can’t be beat. We used the floaties and spent two lovely afternoons bobbing around Ttable Rock Lake. It was relaxing and beautiful, and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks to the owners for a lovely few days! We intend to return soon!

Branson Thanksgiving

Pros: Excellent communication with property manager via email, text and phone call. Well stocked property, clean and easy to find. Cons: No closet in master bedroom--had one in master bathroom but was locked by management. Water presser very poor in showers. Dresser draws in all bedroom hard to open and most broken so didnt open easily.
